The city I live in a has this big arts school, one which I am not a part of. I know many people who go there, and a fellow writer was calling writing "work." I've never thought of writing as work... I don't like arts schools for this very reason. Instead of nurturing an artist's creativity and freedom, they break down their passion by making them do things they may not want to do. By the time these people get out of the school, their soul is broken and they want nothing to do with whatever they enjoyed at one time. My eldest brother went to this school for piano, and he certainly does not play it now.
If I EVER call writing work, in anything less than a joking sense, please smack me.

Tagliatelle is a type of noodle and grande means "big" in Italian. If you don't do what I say, I get to hit you with the tagliatelle grande, which I've heard is an unpleasant and somewhat sticky experience.
